Our scarves, quality, design and softness

The scarf is a feminine accessory if ever there was one, and at Abbacino we wanted to capture our Mediterranean essence on them. We have a wide variety of scarves and foulards, made with top quality materials such as silk, wool or modal, fabrics that stand out for their nobility and softness of touch.

• Silk: it is one of the oldest known natural fibres of animal origin. Its textile use began in China more than 3,000 years ago, and it is currently used for the manufacture of luxury products, mainly in the fashion sector, such as scarves, and nowadays in the cosmetics sector.
• Wool: it is a natural fibre, usually from sheep. This fabric stands out for its strength and elasticity, and is mainly used for the production of warm clothing, such as jumpers and scarves.

• Fisherman's hat: its origins lie in Ireland, where fishermen and farmers used to wear it to protect themselves from the rain. Also known as bucket hat, this accessory has filled the haute couture fashion shows being one of the most daring proposals, as it stands out for its vintage and somewhat hipster style.

Several years ago, the only purpose of the belt was to adjust the trousers to the waist, but nowadays its functions are far from the one described above.
