From the moment you make your purchase, you can check the status of your order under section Your orders. When your order is sent out from our warehouse and we will send you an email with the information and the tracking number so that the carrier can also check with them at all times been the same.

When will I get my refund if I return an order online?

If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the merchandise you returned and the reasons you have given for returning it. Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your return was received at our warehouse.

Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promotional code?

· You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund.
· If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order.
· You may also contact our Customer Service Helpline (info@abbacino.es) to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

CONDICIONS DE DEVOLUCIÓ

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s).  
· The product must not have been used.  
· The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.   · Just email us (info@abbacino.es) and we will pick the goods in 4 days time, so easy, and free of charge!

DELIVERIES

Dispatch times are as follows:  
· If you can find the item in the on line shop, that means we have stock, so it will be usually dispatched within one week.  
· Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch.  
· Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region. All items purchases from ABBACINO are delivered by DHL.
