Abbacino was born in the Mediterranean, in a setting that is home to incredibly beautiful yet fragile landscapes that need respect and care.

It is our responsibility to take action and look for new ways of sustainable manufacturing in order to reduce our ecological footprint, e.g. by using recycled and chemical-free materials. Our company's aim is to promote sustainable fashion and circular trade, so that we can help to reduce the environmental impact of our industry and move towards transparency and the well-being of nature.

In 2023, 48% of our Trendy collection was sustainable and in 2024 it was up to 80%. These accessories are made from bottles that come from the sea, we crush them, we obtain the recycled material that we turn into non-polluting RPET fibre and voilà, our eco-sustainable collection.

If there is one thing that is clear to us is that the higher we set our goals, the more we will be able to grow, that is why the only way forward is total sustainability, to achieve a 100% sustainable collection by 2025. We challenge you to think about the planet, to think about yourself and your future.

To promote change, it is important to start by changing our work habits. We are currently carrying out an analysis together with our employees to study all the processes of our team and assess what needs to be improved.

Thus, internally, we have decided to promote flexibility in work routines for more and better reconciliation, a simple and easy act that reflects better work performance.

We also started to look at possible improvements to our infrastructure, to make our workplace a safe and pleasant place to work.
