How can I place my order?

To place an order, you must follow the following steps:

• Search and select the product yo wish to buy and click on the "Add to shopping bag" button. This product will automatically be added to the virtual shopping bag and you can continue adding products or proceed directly to check out.

• Once you have finished selecting products and your basket is complete, you must access it and click on the "Go to Cart" button. You will then be directed to a new screen when you will have to confirm the delivery address. Once verified, you must click the "Continue" button again.

• Finally, the payment screen will open. You will have to choose the desired payment method and finally click the "Checkout" button.

How long my order take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, deliveries will be made as follows:

• If the product purchased is in the online shop, it's in stock, therefore, you will receive the goods within approximately one week (except for last minute unforeseen events).

• Items are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days from dispatch.

• Deliveries aren't made on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays. All deliveries are made via GLS.

How can I track my orders?

From the moment yo make your purchase you will be able to check the status of your order in the "My orders" section.

When your order is dispatched and leaves our warehouses, we'll send you an informative email whit a tracking number of the transport company so that you can also check the status of your order with them at any time.

How much do the shipping costs cost?

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

For orders over 30,00€ the shipping costs are free. If the purchase amount is less than 30,00€ the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer and will be 3,00€.

Shipments outside of Spain:

- Zone A: for shipments less than 60 euros outside of Spain, shipping costs will be 10 euros without iva. (Germany, France and Monaco)

- Zone B: for shipments less than 60 euros outside of Spain, shipping costs will be 10 euros without iva. (Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

- Zone C: for shipments less than 60 euros outside of Spain, shipping costs will be 15 euros without iva. (Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lichtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic)

- Zone D: for shipments less than 100 euros outside of Spain, shipping costs will be 30 euros without iva. (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden)

If the amount of the order is greater than the indicated amount, the shipping costs will be free of charge.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you have made your purchase, you can cancel your order(s) contacting with our Customer Service ([email protected]), as long as it has not been shipped. However, if your order has already been dispatched (it has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until it has been delivered before you can return the product.

My order is not correct, what can I do?

I have received a product in poor condition 

If you have received a product in poor condition or defective, we apologise first of all. In order to manage the exchange or refund of the product, you will have to contact our customer service department at the following e-mail address: [email protected], within a maximum of 10 days from the day you receive the package. Our colleagues will contact you and manage the exchange or refund.

I have received the wrong product

There are products missing in my order

PAYMENT AND PROMOTIONS

What different payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available on our website:

- Credit card: You can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express).

- PayPal: You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account. All you have to do is associate your cards to your PayPal account, log-in with your email address and password, and choose the card you want to pay with.

- Bizum: You can pay quickly and efficiently using Bizum. By clicking on this option you will be redirected to the official website of the platform and you will have to follow the instructions indicated, paying has never been so fast!

How do I use the discount codes?

The discount codes are redeemed on the confirmation page of your order. To apply the promotional code, you will have to follow these steps:

When you have finished adding all the products to the shopping cart, click on the "Buy" button. You will enter a new screen where you will see a summary of your order. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the option "Apply coupon", click on it and enter the code in the text box:

Remember that discount coupons cannot be applied on products that are already discounted or on promotion.

Some discount coupons have an expiry date.

Discount coupons can only be used once.

Is it safe to make an online payment?

Online payments on our platform are completely secure. Abbacino works with internationally recognised providers that comply with and guarantee all security standards and PCI-DSS. We currently offer two payment methods:

Paypal, the most internationally recognised option. 

PayPal uses SSL technology to protect your information. In addition, when you send a payment through PayPal, the recipient does not receive your financial details such as credit card or bank account number.  In addition, PayPal monitors all transactions 24 hours a day, every day to prevent fraud, email scams and identity theft. 

Credit Card, through Redsys, our Virtual POS 

Redsys has become synonymous with secure payment. Its security and encryption systems and protocols guarantee the encrypted transmission of data. They prevent identity theft and guarantee secure payment. Both for the user and for the e-commerce, who will not have access to the payment data provided by the user at any time. It also has a powerful anti-fraud tool and 3D Secure authentication. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item. Before making the return process we must ensure that the product to be returned meets the following requirements:

The product must be unused.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and where possible in its original packaging.

Send us an email to [email protected], and in a maximum of 4 days we will come to collect the product, it's that simple and it's free on national terrotory! (The costs of international returns of less than €60.00 shall be borne by the customer.)

Can all products be returned?

All products in our catalogue can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product as long as they have not been used. To make the return, you must contact our customer service department by e-mail at [email protected] (Mo to Fri 08:00-15:00h).

When will I receive the credit for my return?

If you have returned your purchase, we will proceed to the collection and subsequent verification of the goods and the reasons you have indicated when we receive the return order.  Once it has been verified, we will process the credit within approximately 7-10 working days, counted from Monday to Friday, from receipt in our warehouse.

Are shipping costs refunded?

If you return your order, shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the customer cancels the order before it has left our warehouse (in which case the order will be refunded for the amount of the product plus the amount of any shipping costs).

How do I create a user account?

To register as a user, you must fill in the registration form with your personal details (name, surname, e-mail, full address and telephone number) and associate a password to your account, so that we can contact you in the event of any problems with your order or to inform you of special promotions and discounts in our catalogue.

You only need to register as a user once, then you can use your credentials to place all your orders..

I can't access the website, what's happening?

If you are having problems accessing our website, we recommend you follow these steps:

1.Delete cookies

Cookies are files created by the sites you visit to store information about your browsing and make your online experience easier. To delete cookies, you must access the "Tools" or "History" menu of your browser, where you will find the option to delete them.

We remind you that if you have products in your shopping basket, when you delete the cookies these products will disappear, as all your browsing history will be completely deleted.

How can I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password to log in, all you need to do is follow the steps below to reset it:

In the registration section, under the box to enter your password, you will have to click on "Forgot your password?"

Then, you will have to enter the e-mail address with which you registered and we will send you an e-mail with the instructions to follow to change your password. If you don't receive the reset email, please check your " Spam" folder, you may find our notification there.

Product warranty.

Our bags and wallets are guaranteed for 2 years from the time of purchase. It will always be essential to present the receipt or proof of purchase in order to verify the terms of purchase and thus apply this warranty.
