How can I place my order?

To place an order, you must follow these steps:

• Search for and select the product you wish to purchase and click the "Add to cart" button. The product will automatically be added to the virtual shopping cart, and you can continue adding products or proceed directly to checkout.

• Once you have finished selecting products and your cart is complete, you should access it and click the "Checkout" button. You will then be directed to a new screen where you will need to confirm the shipping address. Once verified, you should click the "Continue" button.

• Finally, the Payment screen will open. You will need to choose your desired payment method and click the "Complete purchase" button.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, deliveries will be made as follows:

• If the purchased product is available in the online store, it is in stock. Therefore, you will receive the merchandise within 2-3 days in Spain and 2-5 days in the European Union (barring any last-minute unforeseen events).

• Items are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

• No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays. All shipments are made via GLS.

How can I track my orders?

From the moment you make your purchase, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.

When your order is shipped from our warehouses, we will send you an informative email with a tracking number from the shipping company so you can verify the status at any time.

How much are the shipping costs?

In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

For orders over €30.00, shipping is free. If the purchase amount is less than €30.00, the shipping cost will be €2.95, paid by the buyer.

For shipments outside Spain/Portugal

- For orders under €30, the shipping cost is €10.

If the order amount is higher than indicated, shipping will be free.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you have made your purchase, you can cancel your order(s) by contacting our Customer Service ([email protected]) at any time before shipment, and you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped (i.e., it has left the warehouse), you will have to wait until delivery to proceed with the product return.

My order is incorrect, what can I do?

• I received a damaged product

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we apologize. You can manage the return or exchange from the "My Account" section by entering the order you want to return. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Once the order is received at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the amount.

• I received the wrong product

If you received the wrong product in your order, we apologize for the error. You can manage the return or exchange from the "Account" section by entering the order you want to return. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Once the order is received at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the amount.

• Missing products in my order

If any product is missing from your order, please contact our customer service department within 14 calendar days of receiving the package via email: [email protected]. Our team will contact you and manage the delivery or refund of the missing product.

What payment methods are available?

On our website, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit card: You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

PayPal: You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account. Just link your cards to your PayPal account, log in with your email and password, and choose the card you want to use for payment.

Bizum: You can pay quickly and efficiently using Bizum. Clicking on this option will redirect you to the official platform page, where you should follow the indicated instructions. Paying has never been so fast!

How do I use discount codes?

Discount codes are redeemed on the order confirmation page. To apply the promotional code, follow these steps:

• When you have finished adding all the products to the cart, access it by clicking the "Buy" button. You will enter a new screen where you can see a summary of your order. At the bottom, there is an option to "Apply coupon." Click on it and enter the code in the text box:

• Remember that discount coupons cannot be applied to products already on sale or promotion.

• Some discount coupons have an expiration date.

• Discount coupons can only be used once.

Is it safe to make an online payment?

Online payments on our platform are entirely secure.

PayPal, the most internationally recognized option

PayPal uses SSL technology to protect your information. Additionally, when you send a payment through PayPal, the recipient does not receive your financial details, such as your credit card or bank account number. Additionally, PayPal monitors all transactions 24/7 to prevent fraud, email scams, and identity theft.

Credit Card, through Redsys, our Virtual POS

Redsys has become synonymous with secure payment. Its security systems and encryption protocols ensure the encrypted transmission of data. They prevent identity theft and guarantee secure payment. Neither the user nor the e-commerce site will have access to the payment data provided by the user. Additionally, it has a powerful anti-fraud tool and 3D Secure authentication.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I make a return?

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item. Before starting the return process, we must ensure that the product to be returned meets the following requirements:

• The product must not be used.

• The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent and, if possible, in its original packaging.

• You can request the return from the "Account" section by entering the order you wish to return. Within a maximum of 4 days, we will collect the product, so simple and also free!

**Return costs will be borne by the seller, provided that the detailed instructions are followed, except for international returns for orders under 60 euros, where the return cost will be borne by the customer. Remember that you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request the return.

Can all products be returned?

Products from our catalog can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they have not been used. To make a return, you should contact our customer service at [email protected] (Mon to Fri from 08:00 to 15:00h).

When will I receive my refund?

If you have returned your purchase, we will proceed with the collection and subsequent verification of the merchandise and the reasons you indicated when we receive the return order. Once verified, we will process the refund within approximately 7-10 business days, counted from Monday to Friday, from the receipt at our warehouse.

How can I register as a user?

To register as a user, you must fill out the registration form with your personal details (name, surname, email, full address, and phone number) and associate a password with your account. This way, we can contact you in case of any issue with your order or to inform you of special promotions and discounts from our catalog. You only need to register as a user once, and then you can use your credentials for all your orders.

I can't access the website, what's happening?

If you have trouble accessing our website, we recommend following these steps:

1. Clear cookies.

Cookies are files created by the sites you visit to store information about your browsing and make your online experience easier. To delete cookies, you should go to the "Tools" or "History" menu of your browser, where you will find the option to delete them. Remember, if you have products in your shopping cart, they will disappear when you delete the cookies, as your entire browsing history will be erased.

Product Warranty
