Legal Terms and Conditions of the “It’s Time to Merry Christmas - €500 Voucher” Giveaway

1. Organizer
   This giveaway is organized by SEYMA IMPORTACIO S.L.U, with registered address at C/ BELLAVISTA, 27 07520 PETRA, BALEARES, Spain, with tax ID number B07713324, registered in the Commercial Registry of ILLES BALEARS, Volume 1907, Folio 183, Sheet 19925, Section 8, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”.
2. Scope and Participants
   Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, residing in the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Employees of the Company and their direct relatives are excluded.
3. Giveaway Duration
   The giveaway will be active from December 24, 2025, 00:00h until January 6, 2026, 23:59h.
   The winner will be announced on Abbacino’s Instagram profile on January 7, 2026.
4. How to Participate

• To participate, users must access the link provided in the newsletter or Instagram post and follow the instructions.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a €500 voucher to spend on the official Abbacino online store: www.abbacino.com.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
• The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by random draw among all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
• The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of entries before awarding the prize.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be publicly announced on Abbacino’s Instagram profile.
• The Company will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram or the email provided during registration.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a substitute winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Abbacino’s Privacy Policy, solely for the administration of the giveaway.
• Participants agree that their username may be published on Instagram as the winner.

9. Acceptance of Terms
   Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
