LEATHER
Cleaning:
The best way to clean your leather bag is with the help of a damp cloth (water only, avoid using soaps). Rub very gently in a circular motion over the stain and let it air dry, never apply a direct heat source to it.
Care:
- Moisturise it with neutral moisturising cream 1 or 2 times a year.
- Always keep it in a protective cover, preferably cotton.
- Stuff the bag with newspaper to prevent it from becoming deformed.
- Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
- Store it in a dry place, it is important to keep it away from humidity.
TIP! If your bag gets an oil stain, apply talcum powder to the stain and leave it on for a couple of hours. Remove with a soft brush.

SUEDE
Cleaning:
Suede is a very delicate material, so if it gets stained we should avoid using water and/or soap at all costs, as it will set the stain. Let the stain dry, and rub it with a soft bristle brush, always in the opposite direction to the suede hairs.
Care:
- Apply 1 or 2 times a year a special suede protective spray.
- Always keep it in a protective cover, preferably cotton.
- Stuff the bag with newspaper to prevent it from becoming deformed.
- Remove any scuffs by brushing it gently with fine-grit sandpaper.
- Store it in a dry place, it is important to keep it away from humidity.
TIP! If your stain is persistent, try using an eraser. Rub gently and say goodbye to the stain forever.

SYNTHETICS
Cleaning:
To clean a synthetic or PU bag use a damp cloth or soft sponge, if the stain is not deep there is no need to use soap or chemicals. If the stain is persistent, use neutral soap and do not forget to rinse it. Dry it well with a cloth.
Care:
- Always keep it in a protective cover, preferably cotton.
- Never leave your synthetic or PU bag submerged in water, as it could break.
- Store it in a dry place, it is important to keep it away from humidity.
- Stuff the bag with newspaper to prevent it from becoming deformed.
- Avoid exposing it to the sun for a prolonged period of time, it could fade its colour.
TIP! For pen stains you can use a cloth dampened with milk, rub gently with circular movements.

RAFFIA AND NATURAL FIBRES
Cleaning:
Cleaning a raffia bag is very simple: if you want to remove a stain quickly, make a mixture of water and salt and rub it gently with a cloth, then let it dry in the open air. When rubbing, you should always rub in the direction of the grain of the raffia.
Care:
- Clean your bag 1 or 2 times a month, especially after taking it to the beach.
- If it gets wet, let it air dry, never expose it to direct heat.
- Always keep it in a protective cover, preferably cotton.
- Avoid storing it in a damp place, as it may become mouldy.
- Air it from time to time to avoid unwanted odours.
TIP! After a day at the beach, you can vacuum it to remove sand and dust.
