2. Legitimacy to participate

All natural persons over 18 years of age who subscribe to the newsletter and follow the steps indicated from 06/18/2024 to 06/24/2024 until 11:59 p.m. may participate in the contest free of charge. Employees of Seyma Importació SLU may not participate in the draw.

3. Territorial scope

The scope of the promotion will include mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

4. Disconnection from Facebook & Instagram

Facebook, Instagram and Twitter do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. The user is completely disassociated from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and is aware that he or she is providing his or her information to the company SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SL and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

5. Duration of the promotion

The draw will start on June 18, 2024 at 00:00h and end on June 24, 2024 at 23:59h.

6. Promotion mechanics

All registered customers on www.abbacino.com will be notified by means of a commercial email. This information may also appear in other possible media (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, Abbacino's website homepage, etc.). All users who complete the steps indicated in the email from 18 June 2024 at 00:00 to 24 June 2024 at 23:59 will be entered into the draw.

7. Choosing the winners

The draw will take place on 24/06/2024 at 12:00h. All participants will be entered into the draw which will be carried out using a random selection program. There will be a total of 1 winner. In the event that it is not possible to contact the winner, a substitute will be chosen, who will be the second on the list issued by the random selection program and so on.

The result of the draw will be communicated directly to the winner via email and also on the only official Instagram page of this company, that is @abbacino.

8. Prize description:

The winner as set out in this document will win a gift card worth €200 to spend on sandals on the Abbacino website (www.abbacino.com) for a period of one month (until 25/07/2024 at 23:59h). The winner will receive the card by email from the Abbacino Marketing team.

9. Tax obligations

In any case, the winner will be responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from the prize received, and SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU is therefore exempt from any liability. The winners must comply with the tax obligations inherent to the prize awarded. The prize will be subject, in any case, to personal income tax withholding, with the rate currently applicable being 21% for residents in Spain. SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU will be responsible for this withholding, paying it to the Tax Agency on behalf of the winners. Apart from this contribution, the repercussions on the winners' tax obligations will be the winner's own account, and SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU is therefore exempt from any other liability. For this purpose and in the cases where it is required, SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU will issue and send a certificate with the data corresponding to the prize awarded and the withholding paid.

SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU reserves the right to take any measures that may be appropriate to prevent any conduct that SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU suspects may have the purpose or effect of any attempt to act in fraud of this promotion or in breach of its rules or to the detriment of other participants, the first and immediate consequence of which will be the exclusion of the participant and the loss of any right to the prize that they may have obtained. Likewise, SEYMA IMPORTACIÓ SLU reserves the right to exclude participants if they contribute or upload material that contains viruses, worms or any other computer code aimed at or capable of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or violating the security of any system, information or data, as well as when the personal data provided is incorrect or false.
